The Hotel "Jeppesen Residence" is located in the upper ecologically clean party of the city, near Gagarin and Utepov Streets. The Hotel Jeppesen has been named after the aviation chart creator, Jeppesen.

After getting to the Residence you become utterly absorbed in the world of aviation. Everywhere you can see photos and models of different airplanes, and you can also watch and purchase any film from the comprehensive collection of films about the aviation, beginning with the fly-pasts of the twenties and ending with the state of the-art airplanes.

19 rooms with 5 ones of a flat type are located on 3 floors of the building.

All the suite rooms are equipped with separate bath-rooms, water closets, household appliances and mini bars.

For convenience of guests, the direct telephone lines with the extension to 8 and 10 are installed.

The flat-type suite rooms surround us with the home environment naturalness. The rooms are equipped with everything reguired for a long-time residence: a cooking appliance, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, dishware, television set, DVD and air conditioners (winter-summers).

There is available a secured parking area for your car at the territory of the Hotel Jeppesen.

At yours service, there is available an exercise rooms swimming pool and sauna.

Sauna:
Within the area of 200 sq m the bath-house complex of the Hotel Jeppesen is located within a wide area. It is equipped with the air-conditioning and water fine purification systems. The bath-house complex includes a wonderful Finnish sweating-rooms paneled with fir lining having a natural fir smell, a pool (3 x 5 m) with a crystal-clear and fresh water pleasant for a body, an exercise and dining rooms.

At guests' service there is a home theater and DVD- karaoke, two lounges of a hotel type with a TV-set and DVD, city telephone, billiards, and mini-bar with cold drinks to everybody's taste.

Beer bar:
At the territory of the Hotel Complex "Jeppesen Residence" there is the located the Aviation Club, only one in Kazakhstan, where you comfortably plunge into the atmosphere of the aviation while drinking beer of the best brands and having a wonderful dinner. Each delait of the interior is made in the spirit of the aviation. The Club's large video-library, numbering hundreds of documentary and feature films since the first air pasts and to our time, disposes to screening them on a personal screen.

Recreation Aria:
The recreation aria and hinting grounds are located near Almaty on the bank of the Ili river. This is the unique complex, the only one of its kind, with the developed infrastructure intended for recreations . You will not just come to do some flying, you will come to TAKE A REST.

At your service there is a comfortable hotel which rooms are equipped with a TV-set. DVD, and minibars, a cottage for noisy parties which can comfortably be occupied by 8 persons, hot and cold water is always available, a cozy cafu with DVD and karaoke, a clean sunny beach, and excellent conditions for fishing and hunting!!!

And, of course, the air-base. All, there things are not merely a dream but they are more then a reality!

If you wish not merely to become absorbed in the atmosphere of the aviation but also to achieve the mankind's very old dream: to gain wings you must visit the Jeppesen Party air-base. You will find here everything required for take off and landing strips (with asphalt- concrete and soil concrete pavements) a hangar, aircraft fleet with different air planes, and the Flying School.

Our company provides a full range of the necessary service and support. Each airplane is equipped with a radio / wireless station and is always in communication with the air-base. The airplane owners are provided not only with a place in the hangar, but also with a qualified servicing of their airplanes by the repair and maintenance team, including with the maintenance inspection and preventive repair to keep the aircraft in an ideal condition.

This is a unique place air. The pristine nature and an excellent fishing and hunting.

There is a log house with a fur-smell for true Russian bath fanciers at the territory of the recreation area.

Anyone wishing to go sight-seeing or to go for a drive can make use of four-wheel buggies.

Hunting Grounds:
The Jeppesen Party Hunting Grounds are located within the picturesque surrounding on the bank of the Ili river and occupy the space of 137 ths ha. And just here you can spend your best holidays but with our help!

For fanciers of such type of recreation we can arrange for hunting to everyone's taste, both the guaranteed one and just for pleasure. We will provide you with everything required for achieving your goal, such as motor vehicles, and if necessary, you will be escorted by a guide or hunter.

Fishing:
More than 50 km area along the Ili river with picturesque places for an excellent fishing is at disposal of the Jeppesen Party. Especially for fishermen-epicures we will make arrangements for any king of the fishing required: from a fishing-rod to diving. The guides - true specialists in hunting AND fishing will guarantee you a success. And for those who would like to catch a "strong" fish we will readily offer a "Strong" fishing!

The week-end Tour is the event which will always be remembered with pleasure!

On Friday in the evening our bus will get get you to the territory of the Jeppesen Party, where the courteous and amiable personnel as well as hefty meals will be waiting for you.

After supper in your spare time you will have a chance to make use of any services offered by the hunting farm.

Early in the morning after breakfast a 7-seat air-plane will get you to the Balkhash lake shore. The flight time will be 1 hour 10 minutes. During the flight you will be offered will cold drinks to everybody's taste.

Upon arrival to the Balkhash take shore, you will be served with hot meals cooked of wild fowl and fish. The order of day will satisfy even the most exacting customer: boating on the Balkhash take, swim, diving, hunting and fishing.

At the end of the active day a hot firewood bath and splendid supper will be waiting for you.

On Sunday from the morning to 13:00 you will be able to select an occupation to your own taste. And after a hot dinner the air-plane will get you back. The time of take-off will be 15:00

Flying School:
If you are attracted to the sky and wish to be trained in handling of an air-plane, you are welcome to our Flying School where the experienced and skillful certified instructors will train you, and after finishing the training course you will be awarded with the Certificate of Private Pilot of the international standard.

But if you finally fall in love with the sky and wish to become an owner of an iron bird, you will be able to place your order here. The Aeroprakt.kz company, belonging to our Holding Company, is specializing not only in technical support and services of the aircraft fleet, but also in supplies of air-planes.

However, you can simply take on lease any air-plane from the Club's aircraft fleet.
