The Hotel is found in city centre, 30 minutes long to drive from airport and 15 minutes from bus station, it stays on crossing the streets Kunaeva and Dzhambula. It consists of 4 floors and plus one semi-cellar floor. Rooms are found on the 2nd, 3rd and 4th floors. There are 18 double rooms with big bed and 13 single rooms.

There are toilet (WC), bathroom, telephone, TV-set (cable TV), refrigerator (the cost for mini bar is not included), air-conditioner, safe in the room. There are also bed, magazine table, arm-chairs, floor lamp, table lamp, night table, wardrobe, mirror, table in the room.

There are restaurant, bar, hall, reception, conference-hall for 12-20 persons and office premiseses. Simulator common-room is found in semi-cellar floor. Entry to the sauna from the yard. The cuisine in restaurant is european. The Restaurant works from 07:15 untill 23:00 daily (breakfast from 07:15 untill 11:00). The Bar works all day around.
